Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
– Take charge of site survey,installation, commissioning,integration,acceptance of GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN equipments.
– Provide technical support service to customer GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN system
– Provide the GSM/UMTS network planning and design according to customer requirements.
– Conduct the Acceptance Test with customers and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
– Perform problems isolation and product faults identification
– Provide onsite support and troubleshooting
– Conduct network and system audits or assessment
– Provide Emergency Support for Huawei GSM/WCDMA system.
– Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
– Minimum 2 years working experience in field support service function of Networks GSM/GPRS/CDMA Wirelessproducts
– Networking experience such as OSI, TCP/IP operation and administration is an advantage
– Good knowledge of GSM/PCS/GPRS/CDMA wireless network operation and maintenance
– Strong sense of responsibility
– Good technical and analytical/trouble-shooting skills
– Good verbal and written communication skill
– Good interpersonal skill
– Self starter
– Able to work effectively under pressure
– Team player
– Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Bachelor degree or equivalent
