JOB PURPOSE:
Meet the challenge of evolving customers by embedding the skills, tools and business processes in order to deliver the right value proposition to the right parts of the access decision making process at the right time to enable greater patient access.
As vaccine Manager you will be responsible for the development of vaccine business by managing key accounts.
You will identify, utilize, target, ensure product availability and build relationships with relevant stakeholders in the MOH, IPA and Hospitals to positively influence commissioning and prescribing decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for:
– Develop insight using multiple sources to maintain a deep understanding of healthcare needs of both customers and account market access stakeholders; feeds up-to-date insights into the account planning process, in a timely manner to optimize plans
– Planning, organizing and executing business strategies and effective Key Account Management plan.
– Gaining access to funding and unblocking barriers
– Conducting market and competitor analysis in order to identify opportunities to proactively plan for success and improve performance.
– Building relationships with Key Stakeholders, KOLs, Regional Networks, Commissioning
– Fully understand account’s needs to develop clinical, epidemiological or health economic arguments in order to be able to start developing patient access and product trial for changing current practice and decision making structures.
– Creates an influence map to identify who influence the end prescriber and execute identified SMART objectives to deliver customised value to physician, pharmacist and payer to be regarded as a trusted and reliable expert in vaccine.
– Meeting and exceeding targets commercially.
JOB FACTORS
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
– Medical background preferably with experience in Vx
– Minimum 3 years as KAM within a progressive company operating in the pharmaceutical sector
– Having a proven track record in the sector with solid understanding of sales function
– Hard understanding of tender market management.
– Strong leadership skills

– Extremely conservative prescribing environment for vaccine products
