You are in charge to ensure a:

– Implementation of customer marketing plan that supports the objectives of our brands and company volume delivery.

– Execute the brand/category activities for Customer/Channels based on the Customer Marketing Plan defined every year

– Implementation of activity plans at the customer level, in cooperation with the Modern Trade Managers & Regional Sales Managers.

LG Algérie

– Manage logistics and supports the execution of promotional plan for Modern Trade & retail channel.

– Execute channel customer marketing plans to deliver category /brand objectives as part of the brand marketing planning process

– Communicate the customer’s marketing oprations in retail channel to the field teams

– Execute communication programs for Modern Trade & retail channel

– Ensure a perfect execution of activations for Modern Trade & retail channel.

– Work with managers to ensure excellence in in-store retail activation and delivery of Business Plan

– Develop strong relationships with Retailers at marketing and Activation level

– Monitor execution of Promotional Plan by Ensuring all information is available to plan and execute promotions in Modern Trade & retail channel

– Understand promotional drivers for the categories

– Supports sell in of innovation : Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples

– Monitor Sales Force Incentives plan for retail salesman

– Insure that all Payments for the share holders paid on time

Profil:

– Bachelor of Commerce(Bac+4/5)

– Experience in marketing & sales for more than 4 years

– Ability to manage a range of products in a complex, fragmented and dynamic Trade environment.

– Rigor to ensure data accuracy and help for decision making

– Cross-function Team work

– Ability to manage a range of products in a complex, fragmented and dynamic Trade environment

– High level communication& negotiation skills combined with the ability of managing teams.

– Good Analytical skills

– Fluent English
