– The successful candidate will manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring support
– Develop commercial objectives and marketing plans
– He/She will be responsible for monitoring revenue growth and developing strategies to surpass allocated targets.

– Relationship management with our channel partners and other relevant stakeholder is essential as well as coordination with local and head office business functions.
Profile:
– must be Graduates of Business Administration (a marketing/sales specialization is an advantage)
– with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the airline or travel industry,
– with a good track record of sales achievement and strategic planning.
– The successful candidate must be a self-starter, strongly motivated and result-oriented.
– Computer literacy is a must.
– Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
