PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
– To lead TSS business in Algeria. To strengthen exiting channel while look for expanding base for core business. Challenge existing business models and explore new avenues for growth. Motivate and lead channel partners in a manner that team outperform all objectives.
Profile of candidate:
– Strong understanding of Government accounts. Should have knowledge of how different ministries work. Should able to interact at all levels within Government Sector.
– Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Interiors.
– Preference will be given to candidate who has experience of working with above stated ministries in specifying specialized products such as bridge joints, asphalt, bitumen, chemicals etc…
– Good understanding of project management, working with various vendors and multi tasking. Managing a work contract as a turnkey contactor.
– Capability of working and managing teams.
Qualifications
– Graduate of civil Engineering with management qualifications
– 3 years experience
– High proficiency in Arabic / French and English
