Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities :
- Take charge of site survey,installation, commissioning,integration,acceptance of PS Network equipments.
- Provide technical support service to customer PS Network system
- Provide the PS Network planning according to customer requirements.
- Conduct the Acceptance Test with customers and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
- Perform problems isolation and product faults identification
- Provide onsite support and troubleshooting
- Conduct network and system audits or assessment
- Provide Emergency Support for Huawei PS Network system.
- Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
- Minimum 2 years working experience in field support service function of PS Network products
- Networking experience such as OSI, TCP/IP operation and administration is an advantage
- Good knowledge of PS Network operation and maintenance
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good technical and analytical/trouble-shooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Self starter
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Team player
- Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Bachelor degree or equivalent
