– Apply process engineering skills in a cost-effective manner to the development FEED
– Perform and supervise FEED studies
– Perform Hazardous area reviews.
– Participation in design reviews; HAZOPS; SIL assessment etc.
– Maintain technical design & safety integrity within discipline.
– Set up engineering work hour estimates
– Liaise with vendors and clients on engineering issues
– Ensure that the technical competence of Process personnel under their supervision is matched to the work in hand
– Ensure that the work output of Process complies with the relevant company, client, national & international standards & procedures
– Provide technical assistance to Process personnel as required
– Provide technical assistance to other disciplines as required
– Produce cost effective designs that are fit for purpose and safe
– Assist the Lead Process Engineer when requested in the execution of their responsibilities and duties
Qualifications:
– 6 years in FEED or EPC development in Auxiliary Systems.
– Able to interface with other disciplines and to coordinate a team of process engineers in the respect of the project Schedule.
– Deep knowledge in Process Simulation (Flare network simulation experience Flarenet), H&M balance preparation, PFD, P&ID development, Equipment sizing.
