Mission:
– Report to and work directly for the Plant Manager for Laundry and Home Care to ensure smooth management and operation
– Coordination and organization of meeting arrangements (incl.room reservation, catering etc.)
– Travel management (incl.book flights and hotel rooms – Gate, pick up tickets) and travel expense reports (SAP)

– Arranging meetings & workshops (incl.agenda, charts, handouts)
– Preparing presentations for internal/ external meetings. (inc. monthly reports)
– Calendar and meeting minutes
– Information & report consolidation
– Follow up and ensure that reports and presentations are prepared to meet the agreed deadline
– Key project KPI updates
– General administrative assignments
– Follow up on deliverables of direct reports to Ops+SC Head
– Executive Summaries
– Preparing KPI Statistics and publidhing monthly reports
– Coordinating Regular + Irregular Meetings
– Miscellaneous tasks as necessary
Profile:
– Bachelor Degree in Administration or Engineering
– 2 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in a multinational
– Fluency in English mandatory. Hindu, French or German are considered an advantage.
– Solid command of MS Office Suite. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast pace environment as well as the ability to prioritize.
