Missions:
-Stock management, updating system and physical inventories.
-Replenishment of branches from central warehouse follow up.
-Edit daily states of orders and deliveries with comments on irregularities.
-Develop proposals for the improvement of stock.
-Supervise team responsible for managing physical receipts and deliveries.
-The organization of the storage depot : housekeeping, shopping, babysitting and HSE ….
-Optimize the main parameters of inventory management, namely the value of stocks.
-management metrics by product family, and alerts the minimum per item.
-The smooth and timely periodic inventories and annual reports.
-Prepare weekly reports and monthly KPI’s.
-Handle import operation step by step till covering all supply chain.
-Administration work related to all import and distribution.
Profile:
-University degree, experience of 3 years in a similar position is preferable.
-Inventory and distribution management
-High level of IT use(MS Excel)
-MS ACCESS is optional
-Experience in managing &motivating team
-Good level of English is required
-Rigorous, orderly, methodical and sense of teamwork.
