Position：MSAN/Transmission Engineer
Responsibilities：
– Responsible for the daily maintenance of MSAN/Fixed network
– Troubleshoot and solve the network malfunction fast and effectively
-、Submit the formal fault analysis reports or compose official letter to customers after troubleshooting the network malfunction
– Improve the technical knowledge of MSAN/Fixed network all the time and endeavor to be a real expert in MSAN/Fixed products
– Build a good relationship with customers and improve the technical ability of customers. Help customers to build confidence on quality of MSAN/Fixed products
– Work effectively and harmoniously with teammates both local and Chinese, and make the team strong and successful
– Finish the weekly work report and monthly work experience summarization effectively in time
– Assist to design and implementation of project effectively
– Fulfill other project related jobs assigned by supervisor(project and department)
-Other tasks that are assigned by the director
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree or above, majored in telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering or related field
– At least 2 years work experience in related product or fresh graduate
– Good theoretical basis of telecommunications knowledge
– Hard-working, diligent and be adapt to long-term mission
– Strong Self-study ability and follow the work arrangement
– Those knowledge in data network will be high priority
