JOB PURPOSE:
Plan and Develop a strategy related to value-added services of the different structures such as (International & Roaming, Voice Messaging, Content & Scrach Card) according to the company strategy set after analysis of the local market of telecom.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Establish the Roadmap of the three (03) main VAS structures according to the allocated budget and ensure its implementation.

– Responsible for the Vas P&L: Defining the yearly VAS budget and all budget revisions, achieving the agreed objectives and taking all necessary corrective actions if needed, Weekly and monthly reporting.
– Identify new market expansion in terms of Products & services.
– Establish competitive VAS strategy, tariffs and promotions.
– Accountable for the vas budget.
– Analyze costs, revenues and profits generated by new products and services.
– Work with Technical to ensure the feasibility and implementation of VAS projects.
– Validate the Roaming agreements with partners and negotiate terms.
– Coordinate with different Marketing structures in order to accomplish the VAS projects.
– Launch Market studies & surveys.
– Prospect the best Market content Providers.
– Assist the team & follow the projects progression with deadlines fixed.
EDUCATION:
– University Degree and MBA are both a fundamental requirement.
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
– Ten (10) years of experience in marketing field.
LINGUISTIC SKILLS:
– Excellent command in French, English, both written and verbal.
COMPUTER LITERACY:
– Advanced skills & knowledge in MS-Office applications including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Good Knowledge in Telecom (International experience).
