International leader in the manufacture and distribution of construction equipment (8 billion €, 40.000 people worldwide).
Job description:
Work closely with the European board in order to develop the Algerian subsidiary. Your main responsibilities will be:
– Coordinate the implementation of the entire project,
– Transmit, establish the technical documentation,
– Monitor the implementation of investments,
– Centralize communication between the different actors of the Group (headquarters, factories, …),
– Manage and evaluate training and technical assistance,
– Develop production and change management technics.
Who we are looking for:
Graduated from a Top Engineering School with a Mechanical or Metallurgical major. You have a minimum experience of 5 years in small and medium series production, with a strong knowledge in mechanical parts welded manufacture.
You also have a solid experience in project management. You are a good communicator, are close to operational teams and are an oriented results person.
Experience in Algeria or abroad would be an asset for this position.
Fluency in German is a plus.
