Essential Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions including all aspects of professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee engagement, practices, policies, training, organizational change and development, communications and community relations
– Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, career development and restructuring
– Partner with business leadership in defining roles and missions, designing the organizational structure and facilitating team performance
– Responsible for leading annual Session C process, performance management and succession planning
– Responsible for compensation plans and rewards and recognition programs that are equitable and in line with the organization’s goals
– Partner with Finance to manage Headcount and resource planning across the organization
– Provide advice, council and support for benefits, training, EEO, compliance programs and HR Information Systems
– Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee surveys
– Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline (required)
– Knowledge of GE HR operating processes
– An impact player with proven ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner
