Our Algeria Office is looking for a: Gérant Adjoint

Job Description:

– Manage the operations of the company, handling the daily operations, administrative issues and related back office tasks.

– Increase customer portfolio and sales volume all around Algeria

– Manage the relationship with third parties and institutions such as banks, authorities, consultants.

– Increase the brand awareness in the market.

– Provide the continuity of the product supply

– Ensure smooth discharging operations in line with the company procedures and legal requirements

– Acquire all necessary import documentation in time and manner.

– Organize for the dispatch of the goods from the ports with related parties such as surveyor companies

– Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & Group Policies

– Effective team management

The successful candidates should have the following qualifications:

– University degree, preferably in engineering, logistics, business management or a related field with graduation in top 10% of a reputable university

– Preferably minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar profession

– Preferably Knowledge / experience in Commodity Trading Business, International Trade, Cement Industry or Logistics field will be an asset

– Proficiency in Arabic, French and excellent command of English. (All internal communications and reporting to be carried out in English)

– Excellent command of English language (CBT: 210+, iBT: 90+)

– Self-motivated professional, team-player, excellent communication

– Proven track record of success and of being dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking

– Able to handle stress with full dedication to work in a challenging, multinational, complex and fast-paced environment

– Strong customer focus (internal and external)

– Good PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

– Trustworthy, analytical, responsible, reliable, energetic

– Very good interpersonal skills/able to interact with tact and diplomacy at all levels both internally and externally.
