ROLE PURPOSE
– Manage customer relationships to gain a deeper understanding of their business and business needs to co-develop customized value offers that build a successful and sustainable business partnership.
– Work with the Field Force to implement the agreed customer strategy, monitor effectiveness and adjust as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
– Support sales with our channel partners
– Support campaign team of our channel partners
– Gain regular channel feedback on Syngenta performance.
– Regularly monitor and analyze sales and stocks at distributor level
– Regularly monitor competitors prices and new products
– Ensure campaigns are executed in line with marketing budget and plan set by the campaign team.
– Working with distributors conduct post campaign in-field measurement of campaign effectiveness, including Integrated Solutions KPIs.
– Regular update of the Customer Profiles : organization, share of wallet,
– Coach Field experts and define sale targets
– Measure sales field force performance and develop corrective/improvement actions.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
Critical experience and knowledge
– 3 to 5 years of experience in the agribusiness industry/sales management/marketing experience
– Understanding of competitive environment
– Agribusiness experience: knowledge of cropping practices and crop protection products
– High level of computer literacy (graphics)
– Advanced English (written and spoken)
– Key account management skills; strong understanding of customer needs, structure and business drivers
– Bachelor Degree
