You are in charge:

– Manage all related task to the customer service of the supply unit be it an agent, distributor or Marketing & sales operation

– Calculate an initial shipment plan including innovation and promotion activities

– Execution of shipment plan

– Resolve customer related issues to shipment (missing documents, quality complaints etc.)

– Availability of stocks in various markets

– Primary & secondary Customer case fill on time (CCFOT)

– Communicates the shipment plan to the warehouse and 3rd party logistic providers

– Stock allocation between regions

– contact with people both internal & external to the organization in order to achieve results

– Manage the team and coordinate the planning, warehouse logistics and transporters.

Profile:

– BAC+5 (Engineer degree or Equivalent)

– 1 to 3 years relevant SC experience at a managerial level

– Communication skills

– Analytical skills

– Organizational awareness

– ERP experience is preferred

– Understanding of FMCG business is preferred
