– In charge of all the Marketing Strategy and the Marketing Intelligence activities within the Marketing department.
– Be responsible for managing all marketing intelligence activities (acquisition and analysis of information in order to understand the market) and for managing the marketing strategic process.
Responsibilities:
– Define the Marketing Intelligence strategy

– Build the Marketing Intelligence roadmap (Market research, Customer analysis, Attitudes & beliefs, Purchase and post purchase behavior, conjoint analysis, competitive watch, product monitoring, geo-marketing…)
– Contribute to the Company Strategic process for the intelligence part
– Define the Marketing Intelligence KPIs for the company budget (0+12, 3+9, 8+4)
– Manage the monthly budget for Marketing Intelligence Activities
– Elaborate, Define and Execute all Marketing researches initiatives based on B2C Marketing, B2B Marketing and Corporate needs
– Manage from end-2-end Marketing Intelligence activities internally and externally (with selected suppliers)
– Manage all the Geo-marketing activities needed for commercial planning and network planning
– Elaborate, Define and execute the marketing strategic planning process integrated with the corporate strategic planning process.
– Produce the yearly marketing plan for B2C and B2B segments integrating sales and customer service inputs and needs and provide this plan as input for the yearly budget
– Manage and develop the Marketing Intelligence and Planning team

Education:
– MBA or Master (post-graduation) in the field of Marketing or Economy.
Related Experience:
– Nine (9) to twelve (12) years experience in the field of B2C/B2B Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and planning
– Experience in Telecommunication, Fast moving consumer goods, Consultancy or Electronics manufacturers
Linguistic skills:
– Arabic, French and English required.
