In charge of all the management and the elaboration of the company communication strategy regarding the planning and the development and the implementation of the communication strategies, plans and programs in the fields of advertisement, public relations and the information development.
Position responsibilities:
– Establishes the communication department strategy according to the company strategy.
– Optimizes the communication department budget.

– Develops the company brand mark and identity internally as well as externally: with the company customers, and partners through advertisement campaigns and information through the different communication canals.
– Deals with the TV and Radio productions in terms of advertisement campaigns regarding: promotional campaigns for the new products or those relative to the development of the company image and identity.
– Elaborates new working methods in terms of communication with media in order to improve the diffusion methods of the company advertising campaigns.
– Ensures the company success and the launching of the company events in order to realize the pre-defined objectives, namely: respect of the company values, promote the company brand mark and identity.
– Elaborates the communication process used within the company.
– Studies the sponsoring requests in order to determine interesting opportunities for the company within a promotional framework (promoting the company brand mark, launching new products, highlighting the company values).
– Sends monthly reports of the executive committee as well as the Holding regarding the progress status of the projects allotted to the communication department.

Position requirements:
Education level:
– MBA or Master (post-graduation) in the field of Marketing/Communication/International Affairs (International Business)
Required Experience:
– Nine (09) to twelve (12) years experience in the field of communication/Advertisement/public relations.
