Mission :

– Manage relationship with Advertising suppliers on site
– Follow up with external parties for market studies
– Insure procurement functions : identification, collect, analyze and select quotations, payment follow up
– Initiate and coordinate HQE (High environmental Quality) and Real Estate projects with other Departments
– Insure the good relationship and partnership with KOL (key opinion leader)
– Insure monitoring and project follow up
– Insure competitive intelligence in the real estate market
– Manage relation with media suppliers according to the Communication plan (in temporary capacity)
– Manage relation with press
– Event management (organization or participation, press conferences)
– Conceive the communication support
– Press monitoring and press release
Current Tasks ‐ TO BE Launched :
The mentioned tasks below (in brief description) are carried over from the Action Plan developed by the VP of Marketing and Sales (BLOOM) for Dounya parc project:
– Identify and assign advertising and Media company
– Brochures and Sales Agreement Files (brief and design, approval, printing process and delivery
– Advertising Campaign (Present concept and approvals)
– Physical model (Dounya parc) : Submit RFP’s for quotes, Approve RFP and Choose a Supplier, build and deliver Model
– Website (Dounya Parc) : Creating, presenting concept, testing and launching
