Job description:
– Payment document verification, payment process establishment within huawei and customer. invoice preparation, invoice clarificaiton with customer,invoice delivery to customer
– Inovice plan preparation, invoice plan review, report
– contract review, contract status monitoring, supporting contract status enquire
Duties&responsiblity:
Responsible for all the payment invoice issue within huawei Algeria and customer, to ensure high quality invoice business within huawei and customer, quick and professional support for any contract status enquire(support) within huawei
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others)
– Education: Bachelor or master of (Economics, Business, International trade,Finance)
– Experience: 0-3 years working experiance
Skills:
– Fluent English & French.
– Continuously Self-learning, responsibility orientation , work spontaneously, work with earnest attitude
– Excellent comunication Skills(with customer and within huawei).
Other: Adapted well to Enterprise hardworking culture.
