We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle the following;

missions and activities:

– To answer phone calls, direct and respond to inquiries;

– To greet and assist visitors;

– To type, translate and file correspondences, reports and other documents;

– To open and distribute the mail;

– To maintain the agenda (making the appointments, arrange for the meetings, travels and accommodation);

– To undertake all the necessary arrangements for the meetings (preparation of the meeting room, check for the equipment availability, arranging for the refreshments  etc.);

– To manage the day to day office purchases;

– To manage the office petty cash.

Profile requirements:

– Degree in translation or other relevant fields;

– 2 years’ experience in similar position;

– Trong language skills in English and French (written and spoken);

– Able to translate accurately from English to French or Arabic and vice versa;

– High interpersonal and communication skills.
