Job Description:

– Defines volume implications of the brand marketing plan by channel or key customer (up/down elevators); allocates customer targets and spending

– Supports sell in of innovation : Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples

– Evaluates gap closure opportunities with account management, including customer specific special packs and displays

– Ensures all information is available to plan and execute promotions

– Analyse and understand promotional drivers for the categories

– Interfaces with other departement

– Advises account management on options for special packs and displays

– Leads special pack/display project meetings

– Develops run-out strategy for items classified as obsolete

– Provides product specifications

– Drives improvement in special pack

– Supports sell in of innovation : Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples

– Accurate volume plan, brand volume performance analysis incl. causes of deviation

– Brand standards by retail format/key customer;

– Channel Development (pharmacies / perfumeries…)

– Develops with brand building brand standards as part of the customer marketing plan

– Develops key input to innovation forecast

– Develop and monitor Sales Force Incentives plan

Profile :

– Bac+5

– 2 years Experience in function in a complex Category or Trade environment

– Rigor to ensure data accuracy and help for decision making

– Cross-function Team work

– Ability to manage a range of products in a complex, fragmented and dynamic Trade environment

– High level communication& negotiation skills combined with the ability of managing teams.

– Good Analytical skills

– Fluent English
