Maersk Algeria is looking for a dynamic Account Receivable Associate to join the finance department!

Key Responsibilities
– Manage account receivable tasks, including container deposits and refunds
– Be an active stakeholder in driving improved working capital performance
– Handle finance system related tasks (FACT, GCSS and SCV)
– Work in coordination with the GSC for the accounting entries
– Build strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction in invoicing
– Handle relations with bank: check deposit and travel fees…etc.
– Handle relations with tax authorities
– Assist in collection and bank account reconciliation
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is/has:
– High drive and motivation
– Finance and accounting knowledge
– Good knowledge of Ms. Office tools, especially Ms. Excel
– Shipping knowledge would be an advantage for the position
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work within a team and external parties
– Detail oriented, well organized, efficient and effective
– French and English fluency (written and spoken)
