A major international company in training industry, specialized in management, based in Algiers seeked:

An Office Manager

Your Mission:

• Managing filing systems;

• Developing and implementing administrative systems, (accounting preparing, payroll management, scheduling,…etc).

• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;

• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;

• Organizing and chairing meetings with your staff – in lower paid roles this may include typing the agenda and taking minutes,

• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output;

• Liaising with other administrative teams;

• Writing reports for senior management

• Delivering presentations about the work of the office to senior management and other sections of the organization;

• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;

• Attending conferences and training

Profile:

• University graduated,

• Fluent in English and French.

• Able to communicate clearly both in their verbal and written work.

• Good team player.

• A high level of attention to detail is vital.

• Good levels of skill in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required.

• High level in organization management. Proactively, and good willing attitude.

Long-term contract offered.
