Key Responsibilities :
– Participates in local mail order market research & analysis (players, infrastructure, trends)
– Participates in project launch to test the market for 4 months:
– finding commercial partners,

– setting-up operations cycle in accordance with marketing planes incl. assortment, mail-order assembly, WHS, parcels processing, warehouse, shipping, dispatch, collections, returns, CRM etc) ;
– forecasting and order processing of supply chain .
– Day to day processing of fulfillment process – ensuring process always meets or exceeds customer expectations, and developing new support processes/technology etc
– Participate in management of the contractual arrangements for services with outsourced suppliers and third parties (including local Post, lettershop, fulfillment provider, IT developer, freight forwarding companies and other business associates)
– Deputies CEO when required
– Operational KPI’s control and regular review (orders operating cycle, FF cost per order, postage per order, shortage rate etc.) to evaluate the local market during test period of 0-4 months
– Provides detailed Operations reports with KPI reviews and results according to internal regulations and policies; Prepares presentations to higher management and HQ
– Collaborates with Russian team (Business Development, Creative, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Security) to fulfill business targets set
– Provides any other operational support by requests from Country CEO
After successful test period and personal results can take one of positions in senior team
Key Requirements to the candidate:
– Male/Female 26 + y.o.
– Higher professional education
– Previous experience in distance selling operations, or marketing is a great plus
– Self-starter, analytical mind, street smart, attentive to details, getting things done attitude, energy and drive
– Learn on the air personality
– English, good command (oral and written)
