A HV Industrial Sales Manager

Your Mission:

  • Develop, coordinate & strengthen sales force focused on Algerian large market of Industries (with specific focus on water sector , Mines & Metal , Cement & Railway)
  • To develop a clear vision on Industry segment market target opportunities in his/her region based on End User and EPC activity.
    • To develop coordination of ISO Algeria & SEA Sales Community. Commercial follow up of end users and international & national contractors with High level contacts Assurer
    • Define & Implement Sales Strategy for Algerian Industrial projects in coordination with PL managers and unit’s managers.
    • To Support ISO teams in the Region for the Industrial segment action Plans of customers and EPC in the region.
    • Sales reports.

Your Profile:

  • Engineering Degree, or business school and strong technical background
  • International Business Exposure
  • Experience in International environment
  • French, Arabic & English
  • Strong experience in services and long cycle solution selling
  • Management in a complex matrix organisation
  • Industry Experience : field sales Utility & water markets and HV technical solutions
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
