A Field Manager
Your Mission:
- Managing and coordinating field execution for qualitative and quantitative projects
- Producing relevant, accurate and cost efficient project budgets.
- Ensuring adherence to company professional codes of conduct and practices.
- Being updated and knowledgeable on field sampling and research design methods and use them in a relevant and accurate manner.
- Ensuring quality of all team’s work.
- Effectively balancing workload of team members to ensure deadlines are met and encouraging cross team working.
- Effectively meeting project targets – timings, research methodology, and field and sampling designs.
- Maintain & develop current databases with history of project data and provide accurate and statistically relevant field management reports – productivity ratios, contact sheet related information, etc.
- Motivating colleagues and acknowledging good performance.
- Appraisal/development/training of junior research staff.
- Giving relevant training sessions.
- Proactive manpower planning and involvement in recruitment.
Your Profile:
- University graduated,
- Fluent in English and French,
- Able to recognize and deliver on commitments.
- Able to create and maintain a project charter/plan, a schedule, and a budget.
- Resourceful and creative in solutions to issues and problems.
- Diplomatic, polite, considerate, and demonstrable peer and superior respect.
- Able to obtain and maintain the respect of all organizational elements,.
- Able to travel and to work unusual hours.
- Skilled in written communication with MS Office and email.
- Skilled in MS Project, Power Point and MS Excel.
Long-term contract offered.
